Financial Support

Financial Support of the Foundation initiatives over the past several years have been covered by donations from foundation family members. The Ruby Holland School of Music has provided partial Scholarships to over 35 students from years 2002 through 2017.

On October 14th, 2017 we will be launching our very first fundraiser drive. Our Foundation Goal for the year 2018 is to provide the opportunity for four (4) students to participate in a ‘Studies Abroad Music Program’ We are ready to make a difference and put our goals into action. This can only be accomplished if we have the funds to do so. Our Fundraising goal to help these students is $39,000.00.

We sincerely ask for your help to make this goal a reality. Please include the Ruby Holland Foundation on your list of organizations to which you would love to donate.

Remember:

i. All operating expenses are covered by family members of the Foundation, so 100% of all monies raised goes directly to help students' needs.

ii. We are a non-profit 501(C)(3) organization - all your gifts are tax- deductible.

iii. No compensation is given to officers or volunteers because all work is done through the generosity of family and friends.

iv. There is an established application process via the Foundation for student scholarship or grants.

v. We specify exactly how grants and scholarships are to be used and follow up to the outcome.

vi. We rely on volunteers and donors to make the difference.

How Can You Help?

i. Make a tax-deductible donation.

ii. Check to see if your company has a Matching Gift Program.

iii. Find out if you can designate the Ruby Holland School of Music as a recipient of your Workplace Giving Program.

iv. Make a donation in memory to honor a relative or friend.
