Ragavan Manian is a seasoned musician who began learning Carnatic Music at the tender age of seven. Trained under legendary gurus, including the iconic Dr. Bala Murali Krishna.  With deep roots in Carnatic Music, Ragavan blends classical traditions with modern influences, creating a sound that resonates with diverse audiences.  A versatile performer, composer and educator, Ragavan's music speaks across generations.  His innovative approach bridges the gap between tradition and contemporary sensibilities, making him a sought-after artist for a wide range of events.

He has shared the stage with renowned maestros of classical music such as Guruji Dr. Balamuralikrishna, Pt. Ajay Chakraborty, Suguna Purushottaman and TV Gopalakrishnan as well as next gen luminaries  such as Shankar Mahadevan, Anil Srinivasan, JA Jayant and Mahesh Kale.

In addition to his illustrious path,  Ragavan holds a Bachelor's degree from IIT Madras and a Master's degree in engineering from the University of Virginia.  He also eaned an MBA from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.  After nearly two decades of a successful career in Fortune 500 companies and startups, Ragavan chose to follow his true calling - music.  This rare combination of analytical rigor and creative artistry informs his performances and teaching, offering a distintive perspective that sets him apart in the world of music.
