ELIZABETH FULLINGTON

Ms. Elizabeth Fullington, is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Ruby Holland Foundation for the Arts.   The foundation was formed in response to Mrs. Fullington’s desire to create and provide a ‘gateway’ of opportunities for  young musicians.   Through the foundation’s unique programs, many youths have received the opportunity for support, exposure and nurturing in expanding their horizons to future life choices and career decisions. 

Ms. Fullington’s passion to help open doors for young musicians comes from years of teaching music (piano) and tangibly observe the results of directional coaching plus exposure to new platforms.    Like her mother, she also holds dear to her heart that there should be “equality in opportunity for all in music education”.

Whether it is negotiating group air fare rates for the foundation’s international studies program recipients, or travelling with scholarship recipients, or in the boardroom making decisions on the foundation’s strategic direction, interviewing new jurors for the foundation’s music competition, Ms. Fullington proves that when passion and purpose intersect, we are able to provide fruitful opportunities for growth and advancement for our young musicians. This is the purpose and mission of the Ruby Holland Foundation.
