LEEANN WATSON

Leeann Watson is a musician with diverse background. Her music journey took her to many international stages: Belgium chamber music festival, France, Austria, Greece, Czech Republic, and Italy to name a few.

As a graduate of Blair school of music at Vanderbilt University and Linda B. Wilson Scholar, Leeann has been serving the community by playing with different orchestras, recording for songwriters and teaching. Her most recent performance included Il Volo trio at Jacksonville symphony hall.

In 2024, Egyptian television broadcasted her Christmas harp performance. Leeann had a privilege of studying with the most renowned harpists like Elizabeth Hinen at Curtis Institute of Music, Grammy nominated harpists and composers Deborah Henson- Conant and Kirsten Agresta-Copely, distinguished harp professors Elzbieta Szmyt (Indiana University) and Elaine Christy (Princeton University), Kayo Fleisher, Elizabeth LeBlank and a harp arranger Jan Jennings. They all commanded a wide range of genres and fully immersed Leeann’s life in music.

Currently Leeann holds a Music Director position at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Jacksonville, Florida.
