Trio Jeng has performed soprano solos in many major choral repertoire and performed with the Cincinnati Opera & Cincinnati Symphony (OH), Cleveland Orchestra & Chorus (OH), Clermont Philharmonic (OH), Lebanon Symphony & Chorus (OH), Cincinnati Musica Sacra (OH), Mt. Auburn October Festival Choir (OH), Sorg Opera (OH), Kentucky Symphony & Chorus (KY) and Nashville Symphony & Chorus (TN). Ms. Jeng has appeared in concerts in Austria, France, Italy, Hungary, Switzerland, United States and Taiwan.
Ms. Jeng is on the faculty at the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music Preparatory and Community Engagement Department and artist-in-residence at the Orfeo Music Festival in Vipiteno/Sterzing, Italy. She co-founded the Clermont Festival Chorale and served as its director and conductor in 2006.
Ms. Jeng’s students frequently receive awards at competitions and festivals and are awarded scholarships to study music at Indiana University Jacobs School of Music, University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music, Ohio State University, Ohio University, Temple University, among others.
Ms. Jeng received a B.A. degree in voice major and piano minor from the University of Chinese Culture in Taiwan and a M.M. degree in vocal performance. At the University of Cincinnati she has been playing violin with the New Horizon Orchestra since 2013 and earned a Certificate Diploma in Italian Language and Culture in 2016. Her teachers include Dr. Suzanne Roy at Penn State, Patricia Berlin and Mary Henderson Stucky at the University of Cincinnati CCM as well as Ernesto Panariello, Baritone-in-Residence at Teatro alla Scala in Milan, Italy.
